“TRUNK OR TREAT” MAKES HALLOWEEN FUN FOR EVERYONE!
This year Halloween can be fun and easy. On Saturday, October 29, bring your kids to “Trunk or Treat” at theUnited Methodist Church of Westport and Weston,49 Weston Road, Westport. That Saturday, between 2-4 pm, the parking lot will be filled with trunks galore, over 30 car trunks decorated for Halloween for your kids to enjoy and pick up treats. It’s a safe, easy way for your kids to have a great Halloween!
“Trunk or Treat” is for kids to age 12. It’s free for all families but there’s an opportunity to give back to the community as well. We will be collecting canned goods for “Person to Person”, a food pantry that helps the homeless during the coming cold months. We are asking for a donation of two cans per child.
So put on those Halloween costumes and join us for a fun-filled Saturday afternoon on October 29.
It’s the start of a new tradition and the United Methodist Church of Westport and Weston is proud to be sponsoring this new event for families to enjoy.
