Wood, Fire, Food Dinner at Terrain Cafe

The Terrain Cafe culinary team has invited Chef Dan Sabia of Wood, Fire, Food to co-host this exploration of plant-based, wood-fired cooking. The meal will be prepared on outdoor rigs while guests enjoy the sensory experience over a welcome cocktail. Tickets are $80 and include four-course dinner and welcome cocktail. Tax not included. Welcome Cocktail
Blood and Sand
Glenfiddich, sabia cherry liquor, burnt blood orange juice

First Course
Ember Roasted Cabbage
caesar, cashew parmesan, garlic fried bulgar

Second Course
Charred Leek
caramelized onion jus, almond cream

Third Course
Carrot Steak
smoked garlic chimichurri, onion ash, wood roasted vegetables

Dessert
Rhubarb + Smoke
saba, smoked almond ricotta, pistachio brittle
